We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Programme Manager with a strong background in technology to support the CEO in the management and direction of the company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy.
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and goals.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners, representing the CEO as necessary.
Oversee the management of the CEO's office and ensure the efficient operation of the organisation.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and other Executives, departments, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Software Engineering, Product Management, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects.
Identify and resolve project risks and issues in a timely manner.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders.
Stay current with the latest technology trends and developments relevant to the projects.
**Requirements**:
Relevant qualification
10+ years of experience in programme management, with at least 5 years in technology-focused programs.
Strong technical knowledge and experience with Software Development methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
Experience with Agile Project Management methodologies.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
