**Key Performance Areas**:
**There are general administrative functions that accompany this role.**
- Ensuring the suspensions are run according to the SOPs.
- Management and control of the LOD process according to the SOPs.
- Responsible for running the debit orders daily and the allocations thereof.
- Ensuring that the clawback billing is run weekly.
- Allocation of the daily malformed deposits and ensuring that the suspense account is kept clear.
- Responsible for the complete VOIP billing process.
- Responsible for the daily VX billing
- Accountable for the FTTB billing in Sage.
- Accountable for the IP Static billing.
- Raising of client credit notes.
- Dealing with account escalations.
- Verifying client refunds requested by the team.
- Allocations of cashbook entries.
- Stock take and reporting thereof.
- Cancellations relating to Hosting, domain, and data only services.
- Reviewing and reporting on the billing gaps report.
- FTTB Debtor.
- Back billing.
- Ad hoc projects as assigned.

**Experience and Knowledge required**:

- +2-5 years experience in dealing with client escalations.
- Excellent verbal and listening communication skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Able to communicate effectively.
- Customer service orientation.
- Computer skills with the ability to operate excel spreadsheets and in-house software systems.
- Deadline-driven, with the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Team player.
- Attention to detail.
