PXP is a Production Agency, providing creative and efficient solutions for our clients in rolling out large volumes of content across all marketing channels, as well as completing multiple productions and shoots throughout the year.

We are looking for an experienced and digitally focused Project Manager with a strong eye for developing efficient ways of working in cross functional teams and a love for digitally led creative to join our agency team in Johannesburg.

**Job Description**:
As a Content Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and delivering production projects for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams from around the world, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

We are looking for someone who views marketing and advertising as a career and not a job. If you are passionate about production, content across digital channels and brand building, then we would love to meet you Our expectation is that you will build strong relationships with both our clients and internal agency stakeholders.

You will be reporting into the Transition Lead, responsible for supporting the entire team in delivering multiple projects and productions. You need to be able to hit the ground running from day 1, be a self-starter and consistently drive excellence with your team.

The Project Manager will play an essential role in supporting the Client by ensuring the internal teams’ timeous and accurate execution of briefs, project management of all jobs and the management and tracking of all projects. Attention to detail and strong administrative skills are therefore a critical success factor and requirement for this role.

Key responsibilities:
Project Planning and Strategy:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with client and the internal team to refine project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Ensure alignment with overall business and client objectives.
- Support cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and communication.
- Motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.
- Facilitate effective communication between team members and other stakeholders.

Client Management:

- Support the in-market SPOC by ensuring briefs to The Studio are accurate and contains all the information the team need to effectively execute the ask
- Manage client in communicating delivery timings

Quality Assurance:

- Implement and maintain quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
- Address and resolve any quality issues promptly.

Risk Management:

- Identify and assess project risks, developing mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address potential roadblocks to ensure project success.
- Keep stakeholders informed of any potential risks and proposed solutions.

Performance Monitoring and KPIs:

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to content production.
- Regularly evaluate project performance against KPIs and adjust strategies as needed.
- Provide insightful reports on project status and performance to leadership.

Experience and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in an advertising agency, with a focus on content production.
- Strong understanding of content creation processes, including video production, copywriting, and graphic design.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and software. Training will also be provided
