- NQF 4 (National Senior Certificate or Grade 12 Certificate)
- Metalliferous Mining Blasting Certificate
- Mine Overseer’s Certificate of Competency or Mine Manager Certificate
- Minimum Five (5) years production experience in a mechanized mining environment
- Minimum of Five (5) years as a Shiftboss or Production Supervisor in a Greenstone environment
- Medium
- and Short-term planning experience
- Code 8 Drivers License
- Valid certificate of physical fitness
