Total Reward Executive

**Job Purpose**:
The Total Rewards Executive is a key member of the Human Resources team, responsible for managing the compensation, payroll, and benefits programs for the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of compensation and benefits best practices, as well as the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. The Total Rewards Executive will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement total rewards strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement compensation strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis for competitive compensation packages.
- Manage annual salary reviews, budgeting, and communication processes.
- Oversee payroll accuracy, compliance, vendor management, and policy development.
- Develop and implement benefits strategies and manage benefits programs effectively.
- Analyze compensation and benefits data, prepare reports, and track key metrics.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to total rewards.
- Develop communication strategies for employees regarding compensation and benefits.
**Education and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
**Knowledge and Skills**:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management, and data analysis.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) designation preferred.
- Specialized skills in organizational development, talent attraction, retention, and performance management.
- Analytical skills for critical thinking, decision-making, and strategic planning.
**Experience and Training**:
- 10+ years of experience in organizational development, talent management, and related areas.
- Strong understanding of best practices in compensation, payroll, benefits, and employment equity.
**Competencies**:
Strong customer service ethos, high analytical ability, proven ability to influence across a peer set, high levels of self-drive, detail orientation.
