**What you will enjoy doing**
- As the Director SHEQ, you will develop, review and implement a SHEQ strategy in RAF that is aligned to RAF business strategies and initiatives and the Global SHEQ strategy
- As a SHEQ Leader, you will collaborate with Business, Operations, and other Senior Leaders of RAF to ensure the execution of the planned SHEQ strategy in the region
- Ensure global and local work processes and resources are utilized for hazard and risk identification along with mitigation controls for any new first of a kind or step outs or new facilities or upgrades or expansions or acquisitions or divestitures
- Ensure the SHEQ compliance to Linde, local and acceptable regulatory requirements by supporting the business team with training and through an established assessment program
- Being an integral part of the broader SHEQ community, in EMEA and Global, ensure the good practices and lesson learned are shared within the region
- Work with the Business teams to ensure the implementation of Harmonized standards and Directives and also support the TAR plans by reviewing SHEQ plans and providing guidance

**What makes you great**
- You possess a university degree in Mechanical or Chemical or Engineering or professional safety qualification
- Have at least five years working experience in operational or engineering role/s with a thorough understanding of Operations, Safety and statutory requirements
- You have gained 10 to 15 years' relevant experience operating at a senior level within the Chemical or manufacturing industry
