Tjhaile Loans (part of the AtaClick group) a well-established company offering micro lending services, is looking for an energetic Micro Lending Manager, based in Edenvale. This individual must take strong ownership and be an excellent communicator, willing to go the extra mile for customers.

Clients are mainly within the blue-collar environment. The incumbent will act as a credit provider and will assist applicants (who qualify) to acquire loans.

**Responsibilities**
- Evaluate credit worthiness of applicants
- Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility
- Determine all applicable ratios and metrics and set up debt payment plans
- Communicate with clients
- Justify decisions (approvals/rejections) and report on it
- Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions
- Stay up to date on types of loans and other financial services
- Maintain and update account records
- Assess customer needs, explore all options and introduce different types of loans
- Go the extra mile to build trust, relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Operate in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
