**Job Requirements**
- Resolve queries and ensure that court queries are dealt with appropriately
- Assist legal officers with obtaining various documents from the consumer.
- Liaise /Follow up with attorneys regarding the outcome of matters submitted to court and update the system accordingly
- Liaise with legal officers, external attorneys and internal departments to resolve queries
- Attend to re-enrolling of various matters
- Liaise with legal support teams

**Required Qualifications & Experience**
- LLB
- Diploma in law
- PC Literate (Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Experience in debt review would be an advantage
- Matric / Grade 12
- Being in possession of or studying towards a legal / paralegal qualification would be an advantage

**Necessary Skills & Attributes**
- Excellent business writing skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to interact with clients, attorneys and legal support staff in an assertive yet courteous manner
- Able to work with high volumes of work while working to tight deadlines
- Ability to positively influence conflict situations whilst remaining calm and professional
- Ability to identify, investigate and address matters so as to mitigate concerns / queries from being raised

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R6,500.00 per month

- Edenvale, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
