Legal Drafter

**Job Requirements**
- Draft various legal documents accurately, such as notice of motions, founding affidavits, draft court orders, and supplementary affidavits.
- Liaise with external attorneys and internal departments to resolve queries.

**Required Qualifications & Experience**
- Paralegal or studying toward a LLB degree
- 2 + years’ work experience in a legal environment and has experience in drafting legal documents
- knowledge and understanding of the National Credit Act and Magistrates Court Act.
- Experience in debt review would be an advantage
- Good working knowledge of MS Office suite

**Necessary Skills & Attributes**
- The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure associated with tight deadlines
- Ability to draft court documents in line with requirements

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R6,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edenvale, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
