**Position Overview**:
**Job Level**: Intermediate / Senior

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**:

- Oversee the delivery of software projects to clients, defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Provide line management for the project team, including regular one-to-one meetings, career development, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner, Stakeholders, and Technical Architects to align project goals with business objectives and customer needs.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and manage a cross functional team
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Assist with or recruit, hire, and onboard new team members as needed.
- Develop team members through coaching, training, and mentoring where applicable.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide updates on project status, and address concerns.
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
- **Quality Assurance and Process Improvement**:

- Implement and enforce best practices for software development, quality assurance, and code reviews.
- Ensure software products meet high-quality standards and adhere to industry best practices.
- Continuously improve team processes, deliverable quality, and technical standards.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Provide regular project progress updates and status reports to stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager in an Agile software development environment.
- Strong expertise in software development and delivery.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent people management and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Continuous learner and adaptable to changing technologies.
