**Requirements**:
Completion of N+ certification
Experience with networking systems
Full understanding of TCP/IP
Preferable N+ or CompTIA Networking certification
SD-WAN experience is a plus
Fundamental knowledge of VoIP systems
Telecoms experience is highly beneficial
Must have a valid driver's license and own transport

**Responsibilities**:
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Install and configure software, hardware, and peripherals
Provide technical support to end-users
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backups and updates
Maintain an inventory of equipment and software
Assist with the setup and maintenance of VoIP and telecom systems
Maintain a full understanding of TCP/IP and SD-WAN technologies
