3-5 Years experience in logistics

3-5 years’ experience as transport professional

**CONTEXT**

1. Ensure business unit and each project is profitable, by carefully balancing income vs expenditure.

Projects based across South Africa.
- Staff compliment to be predominantly local per project.
- Focus on gender and PDI transformation crucial.
- Need to drive change in company culture to align to values and objectives.

**JOB OBJECTIVE**

Responsible for ensuring that delivery schedules are completed on time and always meeting and exceeding customers’ expectations.

**KEY PERFORMANCE AREA**

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY**

**1. Grow the client base**
- Identify and target potential clients.
- Recruit clients (Sub
- Contractors)
- Assist with onboarding and ensure all compliance requirements are met.

**2. Client Relationship**
- Assist clients with fully capacity and exceed their expectations.
- Attend to clients’ operations and finance queries.
- Develop and maintain client relationships by continuous engaging the client.
- Keep client updated on operations related changing

**3. Monitor the performance**
- Monitor fuel consumption per transporter
- Achieve set target.
- Updating broking sheet and planning sheet

**4. Fleet Management**
- Organise fuel for transporters.
- Monitor fuel consumption per transporter
- Book trucks for loading and inspection
- Send out load confirmation.
- Report accident and assist in monitoring route assessment.
