**Role At a Glance**
MSA Outsourcing Solutions is actively hiring highly motivated and talented, and experienced American Billing Agent agents to to join multiple campaigns in our virtual services team. Joining our USA based business, you will be focusing on various sectors, providing on demand responses and solutions.

Please note that the role will be office-based in Houghton Estate Johannesburg, operating during USA EST hours (3pm-11pm daylight savings dependent).

**Main Tasks**
*Receiving Inbound Calls
*Making Outbound Calls
*Actively reviewing and auditing various invoices
*Maintaining accounts receivable
*Overseeing an active CRM

*Computer proficiency
*Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
*Ability to write clear and detailed reports
*Strong ability to multi-task
*High attention to detail

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Client Services: 1 year (preferred)
- American Billing: 1 year (preferred)
- Quality Assurance: 1 year (preferred)
