**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Have a proven track report of doing maintenance, troubleshooting problems, adjust, overhaul and maintain mobile heavy-duty equipment used in transportation
- Have knowledge of the transport industry
- Must have a vehicle & valid drivers’ license
- Be willing to work overtime as per operational requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Comfort working with multiple groups within business
- Be willing to work long hours & weekends when required

**Key Performance Areas**:

- Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
- Manage the daily functions of the workshop
- Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
- Management of the assets under your control and the meeting of objectives set by management
- Ensuring that all vehicles are serviced within the allowed service intervals
- Maintaining of a high level of discipline, within the workshop
