Qualifications and Experience

5 7 Years experience in a cybersecurity team (Working with multiple security tools would be advantageous)

5 7 Years experience as a Penetration Tester or similar Information Security Membership ISC2, EC-Council etc, Certifications: CEH, CISSP, Security+, other any other related cert.

Development of scripts in various languages to set up new tools and environments

Responsibility:

- Internal and external penetration tests for both web and internal network environments.
Penetration tests as part of the 4C Group security assessments. Penetration testing of and penetration testing, inclusive of Internal, External and Social Engineering tests.
- Support the maturing of the red teaming capability area, leveraging technology and automation with the goal of continual control validation.
- Drafting of professional reports detailing findings of assessment, including appropriate recommendations to mitigate identified security issues - Assist in driving and validating remediation of findings.
- Maintain and enhance existing toolsets managing the relevant tools required for mature product security, including pen testing, secure coding and source code analysis.
- Investigation of new approaches, technology and automation to challenge traditional thinking and raise the level of security.
- Use feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness, personal strengths and address development areas. - Delegate to others to provide stretch opportunities, coaching them to deliver results.
- Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems.
- Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current industry or sector trends.
