**Job Title**: Full-Time Dentist Fixed Locum for Newly Established Practice in Northview

**Location**: Northview, near Norwood

**Employment Type**:Full-Time

**Salary**: Commission-Based (40%-50%) with an Option for 100% Take Home by Renting the Practice

A newly established dental practice in Northview, close to Norwood, is urgently seeking an experienced and dedicated dentist to run the practice full-time. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated dental professional to grow and manage a well-equipped and staffed practice, with the potential for high earnings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality dental care to patients.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the practice.
- Work closely with the practice manager and dental assistant.
- Ensure patients are booked and managed efficiently.
- Maintain a professional and friendly environment for patients.

**Practice Details**:

- Operating hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm.
- Option to practice on weekends at your discretion.
- Patients will be booked in advance to ensure a steady flow of clients.
- Fully equipped practice with modern dental equipment.
- Supported by an experienced practice manager and a dental assistant.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Practice Number (beneficial).
- HPCSA Registered.
- Medical Malpractice Insurance.
- Ability to commute easily to the practice location.

**Compensation**:

- Salary is commission-based (40%-50%).
- Option to rent the practice from the owner for 100% take-home earnings.

Pay: R28 000,00 - R50 000,00 per month

**Education**:

- Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Private Practice: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- HPCSA (preferred)
