**Job Title**: Client Account Executive

A leading marketing and media agency in Lonehill Johannesburg is looking for a motivated and experienced Client Account Executive to join our team and help nurture and grow our existing client relationships.

As a Client Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our relationships with existing clients. Your role will involve understanding our clients' needs, ensuring they are satisfied with our services, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. You will work closely with our sales editorial and production teams to achieve these goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services.
- Collaborate with the editorial, production and sales teams to meet client requirements.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
- Prepare reports and presentations on client performance and opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in account management or client relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
