**Job Title: Social Media Administrator**

A dynamic and innovative marketing and media agency in Lonehill, Johannesburg is looking for a talented and creative Social Media Administrator to join our team and help us grow our online presence.

As a Social Media Administrator at you will play a key role in shaping our and our client’s brand's online identity and engaging with the audience on various social media platforms. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement effective social media strategies and campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create, curate, and manage content for our social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media.
- Analyse and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing social media for a brand or organisation.
- Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and their best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
- Creative thinking and the ability to create engaging content.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Graphic design skills and experience with design tools like Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns.
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles.
- A passion for media and marketing.
