Durban, South Africa IY Safety Inspections & Training Specialist (Pty) Ltd Full time

**CANDIDATE MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS**
- Must be in possession of an Electrical or Millwright Trade Certificate
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
- Must have experience working on Overhead Cranes and Lifting Equipment

**THE FOLLOWING WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE**
- Able to work under pressure with good communication skills between Management, Staff & fellow Employees including Company Customers & Suppliers
- Experience in Inspections, Repairs, Refurbishments of Cranes, Hoists & Lifting Equipment
- Experience in Erection, Installation and Commissioning of Cranes and Hoists

**THE FOLLOWING WILL BE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- Must be medically fit / Pass a Medical Examination prior to employment
- Must be able to Work at Heights and in various Environments
- Awareness of Zero Tolerance on Substance Abuse
- Abide by all safety requirements and use of correct safety equipment (PPE)
- Adherence to deadlines and working under pressure is a priority
- Good admin and paperwork skills for report writing purposes

**Education**:

- Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Crane Technician: 1 year (required)
- Overhead Crane Maintenance: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English/Afrikaans (required)

License/Certification:

- Drivers license (required)
