**Employer Description**

A Culinary Arts learning academy, campuses located in the East Rand of Gauteng and Cape Town.

You will be responsible for:

- Implementing the national sales strategy and achieve Campus sales targets (40%)
- Management of Income and expenditure as well as Debtors management (15%)
- Management of System Administration and facilities in and around the campus (10%)
- To comply with regulations from accrediting and professional bodies and monitor a high standard of quality and excellence (10%)
- Monitor the academic curriculum and from time to time teach management modules to ensure that students’ achievements correlate with the expectations from industry (10%)
- Manage performance of Campus staff (5%)
- Ensure the Company/Campus Social Responsibility initiatives are supported (5%)
- Implement a Customer Relationship Management Strategy at the campus (5%)
- Detailed planning of activities for the week and assist direct reports in their prioritizing.
- Detailed planning of Events
- Planning of monthly and annual review of results
- Attend seminars, business school courses to keep up with developments in area of specialty

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3-year qualification in Business or Hospitality Management / Sales & Marketing

**Skills**
- Proven track record in growing sales of a business
- Excellent Management and Leadership skills
- Computer Literate
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Valid Driver's License and Own vehicle
