**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the training needs analysis for the employees of PPSHA as directed by the strategic objectives of the company by using questionnaires/interviews/prior knowledge/experience of training needs analysis methodology/task analysis information in order to determine the training needs of all PPSHA employees.
- Design and develop the relevant training programmes as per the needs analysis report, this will include eLearning development, instructional design, learner guides, presentations.
- Provide feedback to employees/management on a monthly basis on training done/requests/needs in order to keep management/employees informed about training path/priorities/decisions.
- Gather/compile/develop training material as specified by the training needs analysis/training specifications in order to produce training manuals.
- Facilitate/coordinate/present training to employees of PPSHA and requested training from the Schemes in order to enhance their knowledge/skills
- Liaise with HOD/Manager/coaches on a monthly basis to determine training gaps.
- Ensure continuous learning is continuous within PPSHA.
- Compile/collate/maintain Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions/processes using own knowledge and experience/job descriptions/group functions/legislation/MS Word in order to formalise group functions/ensure standard word method/quality standards.
- Research the latest trends and technology on a regular basis.
- Align processes where necessary to ensure there are a good relationship between business and training.
- Compile reports relevant to the training department.
- Have an innovative approach toward Training and Development.
