**Purpose**:

- Realization of Project /Product Test in accordance with the testing procedure and delivery schedule
- Manage autonomous team of technicians

**Performance measurement**:

- Customer acceptance before commissioning
- EHS (**E**nvironment, **H**ealth, **S**afety): Zero Fatality and Severe Injuries

- Lead Time & Spent Time

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that test technicians have clear and exhaustive understanding of the Acceptance Criteria.
- Participate in a Hand Over process from Manufacturing.
- Manage on day to day basis the planning and workload in the testing workshop.
- Ensure the test are carried out according to the Testing procedure and the result properly recorded.
- Ensure the Tools and right Spare parts are available to the testing teams to carry out their activities.
- Review and improve continuously the operational activities to ensure productivity targets are met.
- Consolidate and well document Test Reports.
- Implement and deploy methods and tools and best practices defined by APSYS.
- Regularly consolidate and communicate on the project KPI’s.
- Manage Interface and perfect working relationship with: PrTCM (**P**roject **T**&**C** **M**anager), SSM SSM (**S**ub-**S**ystem **M**anager), TVE, PIM, Industrial Quality, Production Line Manager, Manufacturing EPU Manager, PrWM, PrQSM to achieve the testing KPI’s.
- Cascade the information to Testing Teams.
- Manages disputes and day to day issues of his team.
- Manage competencies matrix and development plan for his test engineers or technicians.
- Ensures T&C activities and operating areas comply with Site EHS requirements.
- Reports Deviations, Near-misses and Accidents.
- Demonstrates excellent EHS behavior.

**Educational Requirements**

**Mandatory**:

- minimum qualification, National Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in Testing & Commissioning of Electrical, Control, onboard communications & network systems within process industry, railways or factory automation
- Basic level in English language
- Be familiar with high risk activities in association with Electrical work and EHS requirements

**Competencies & Skills**:

- Have a good understanding of key electrical and/or mechanical processes (in particular earthing & bonding, cabling, protection and instrumentation)
- Strong leadership; result-driven mindset
- Ability to foster communications between multiple stakeholders (product engineering, manufacturing, industrial functions)
- Ability for problem-solving and efficient decision-making in complex environment
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Team spirit approach and good communication skills
