Videographer

**Responsibilities**:

- Produce high-quality video content that showcases the diverse wildlife, landscapes, and activities within the reserve.
- Plan and execute video shoots in various locations and lighting conditions, ensuring optimal footage quality.
- Edit and post-process video content to create engaging and visually appealing final products.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align video content with brand messaging and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct guided tours and game drives for guests, providing insightful commentary on wildlife behavior, conservation efforts, and the natural environment.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of guests during guided activities, adhering to all reserve regulations and safety protocols.
- Assist with wildlife monitoring and research initiatives as needed, utilizing videography skills to document observations and contribute to conservation efforts.
- Maintain and organize video equipment, ensuring proper functioning and readiness for use at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a videographer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in filming, editing, and producing high-quality video content.
- FGASA (Field Guides Association of Southern Africa) certification, with a minimum qualification of Field Guide Level 1 or higher.
- Previous guiding experience in a wildlife reserve or similar environment.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs.
- Strong storytelling and creative skills, with the ability to capture compelling narratives through video imagery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for sharing knowledge and engaging with guests.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as dictated by guest activity and filming schedules.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
