**Supply Chain Manager**
**Johannesburg, Gauteng**

Working in an autonomous role but as part of a global team, you’ll be responsible for keeping our supply chain running smoothly. You’ll:

- Provide strategic long-term plan of resource (equipment and people) for the factory to deliver on KPI's
- Promote customer orientation culture within the site and ensure delivery of superior customer service
- Improve warehouse and inventory management
- Collaborate with third parties to keep transportation running efficiently whilst reducing costs
- Develop a deep understanding of service levels and find new ways to raise performance.
- Ensure consistency of planning and logistics practices and procedures across the site
- Identify service risks and consequences across supply chain
- Ensure project transfers are delivered on time
- Ensure optimisation of stick level in the distribution centre with customer logistics team
- Be accountable for the safety performance across planning and logistics and maintains knowledge of legislative safety issues in transport
- Manage the planning and logistics budget for the factory
