THIS POSITION IS FOR JANUARY 2025. INTERVIEWS WILL BE HELD THIS YEAR >

Blue Mercury is looking for individuals to close hot leads, you will have a team of agents creating quotes for you and live transferring the client over to you, for you to close.

String sales agents with at least three to five years will be considered

RE5 is a bonus but not necessary, company does also subside agnates wanting to their RE5

You do have the option to increase basic to 11 000 based on peformance

We offer a basic salary and uncapped commission, with no retainers or claw-backs. Commission and basic is payable within the same month and is uncapped, where you can earn 30% of the premium paid on the policy value

Discovery Insure which gives a client 50% back on their fuel spend, a tracking device at no extra cost and so much more and zero excess as well being the market leading short term insurance product out there

**Key responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls and sell short term insurance products
- Will have to be proven closers with ability to convince clients to accept product
- Ability to accurately assess customer needs and potential, identify and deal with objections that may arise
- Be comfortable with the sales process and show the ability to meet targets

Pay: From R7 000,00 per month
