**Salary structure**:Basic Salary + Commission

**Requirements**:

- Must have a matric
- Clear criminal record
- A tertiary qualification in sales and Client services is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s Degree in health sciences, marketing, or related field
- Proven work experience as a Telesale and good knowledge of pharmaceuticals and surgery.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Sober habits
- Advanced computer and communication skills.

**Pharmaceutical Sales Representative Job Responsibilities**:

- Achieving sales targets set on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basic
- Embrace development and training to further grow professionally and personally
- Assess client's needs and present suitable promoted products
- Liaise with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis
- Provide product information and deliver product samples
- Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions, and symposium circuits
- Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
- Build positive trust relationships with medical representatives to influence the targeted group in the decision-making process
- Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage
- Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback
- Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up-to-date with the latest medical data
- Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
- Recommends changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
