An opportunity exists for an exceptional **Marketing Specialist **to join the school from **May 2023 (negotiable).**

**Minimum Requirements**:
**Required Qualifications and Experience**
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- At least 5 years Marketing experience including work in a digital environment
- Creative, imaginative with a proven track record in innovation, taking initiative and completing tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills - able to interact well with people at all levels
- Critical thinker with success in developing innovative solutions
- Meticulous attention to detail
- A willingness to support and mentor and to be mentored
- A willingness to work as part of a team
- The intention to work according to the school’s ethos, specifications, and policies

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**D**uties (not an exhaustive list)**:

- Develop and manage school Marketing and communication channels including website, e-communication platforms, social media and printed material
- Plan, develop and source content for all channels
- Create an online presence in line with St Peter’s brand that is a true reflection of the School
- Maintain and improve online advertising and SEO
- Manage the reporting of key digital metrics to inform future marketing activity
