**Job Title: Senior Key Accounts Manager**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Key Accounts Manager to join our team. As a Senior Key Accounts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategy, managing key accounts, and leading a team of Key Accounts Managers to exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage the Key Accounts Managers, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align strategies and maximize sales opportunities.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and areas of growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, industry professionals, and stakeholders.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in business, sales, or related field.
- 10-12 years of experience in sales, preferably in the peanut or food manufacturing industry.
- At least 5 years in a leadership role.
- General business acumen with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good interpersonal skills.
