- Matric
- Tertiary qualification advantageous
- Min 4 - 5 years experience in similar role
- Own vehicle
- Solid computer literacy
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good team player attributes
- Working hours: 9am 6pm & 10am 7pm

**DUTIES**:
- Reporting to the Financial Manager
- Bookkeeping to Balance Sheet
- Knowledge of Management Accounts
- Implement all general accounting practices with accordance to -Homeowners Association (HOA)
- Monitor all credit and debts transactions
- Management reports with month end
- Processing bank statements
- Reconciliation of bank accounts
- Ensure transactions are accurately and timeously processing
- Monitor petty cash
- Capture of all new member on accounting package
- Facilitate payments on invoices received
- Manage Audit procedures with accordance to Homeowners -Association (HOA)
- Manage Year End Audits
- Manage monthly remuneration to all staff
- Monitor all garnishing orders for staff
- Paye / UIF / SDL
- Control and manage monthly contracts
