Our client based in **Springs** is looking for a Finance clerk to join their team for a four (4) month period.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Take control of the Auditors lists of requirements to identify documents required.
- Search for the required documents in the scan drive.
- Make sure all the required documents are available.
- File each request accordingly.
- Follow up and ensure all archives have been scanned.
- Print a schedule of invoices.
- Follow up on delivery of items and keep records on excel sheets.
- Basic data filing.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Matric certificate/Diploma
- Analytical skills.
- Basic debtors and creditors experience
- Basic excel and administration skills.
- Clear communication skills.
