We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Technician **in Randburg

**Job Purpose**
- To ensure that all technical repairs of all Nespresso machines applicable to the business are completed in an accurate and timeous manner.

**Key Performance Areas**:
**Daily**
- Complete bench repair of all machines assigned to you within required Turn Around Time.
- Repair all machines according to FIFO.
- Complete all repairs according to Nespresso guidelines.
- Investigate and report on machines escalated for advanced care to Manager
- Comply with all company Policies & Procedures.
- Prepare machines for installation / trade partners as allocated from time to time
- Participate in stock takes as required.
- Complete daily target given

**Education, Professional Qualifications and Training Experience Required**:

- Completed Matric
- Code 8 Drivers License
- Technical qualification
- Previous machine repair experience or small appliance repair experience
- Electrical/ Mechanical repairs
