A well established construction company based in Paarl is looking for a Maintenance Foreman that can start immediately.

**Duties**:

- Setting up schedules for various maintenance activities
- Performing hands-on labor tasks such as electrical work, plumbing repairs, painting, etc
- Maintaining records of all maintenance activities performed by subordinates or contracted outside companies

**Requirements**:

- Clear criminal record
- Experienced in doing maintenance work on high end residential properties
- Good knowledge of various constructions trades

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R19,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Paarl, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
