**Job Title**: Systems Manager - Operations

**Department**: General Operations

Description

Performs a variety of support tasks in the Operations environment including, but not limited to:
As per function list and agreed KPI’s.
Management & facilitation of projects within the General Operations department.
Perform supporting functions to the Operations Manager.
Monitors and ensures systems within operations perform correctly during the company's daily activities.

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar field.
Tertiary qualification in a related field and/or BComm degree.
Operational Management background in the agricultural industry is beneficial.
Strong administration and reporting skills.
Strong risk assessment and reporting.
Grains and oilseeds (maize, wheat, soya beans, sunflower seed, oils and soya bean meal) background would be beneficial.
Silo operations administration experience.
Strong in automation of systems, processes and business alignment.
Change management skills.
Excellent communication skills (written, and verbal) in Afrikaans and English.
Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
Team player and able to work with mínimal supervision.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment with multi-tasking skills.

Function

Enterprise Resource Planning support.
Coordination and management of systems projects within the general operations space, including Stellenbosch, Standerton Oil Mill & Silo Bag Depot sites.
Management and development of internal ERP systems and implementation of business processes.
Ensure business buy-in by facilitating change management.
Identify gaps and opportunities within the business and ensuring improvements are implemented.
Continuous collaboration with all team leads.
Manage relationship with internal and external key stakeholders.
Monthly reporting and analysis.
Implement sufficient controls for all functions.
Management and reporting of monthly management dashboard.
Responsible to manage and facilitate annual audit process.
Responsible for the management and maintenance of process flows and learning materials records for the systems for end user support.

Essential Skills

Grains and oilseeds (maize, wheat, soya beans, sunflower seed, oils and soya bean meal) background.
Experience with ERP systems.
Demonstrated experience in Project Management.
