**Overview**:
As the Capacity Team Lead for Time and Attendance Management, you will play a pivotal role as a trusted advisor and service delivery partner, specializing in high-quality value generation and customer management services. This position requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to ensuring compliance with attendance policies and legal requirements.

**Responsibilities**:
**Attendance Tracking and Analysis**:

- Utilize attendance tracking systems to monitor employee attendance and punctuality.
- Generate regular reports on attendance trends, patterns, and outliers, addressing absenteeism, late arrivals, and attrition.
- Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and propose strategies to address attendance issues.

**Policy Development and Implementation**:

- Develop, update, and communicate attendance policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on attendance policies.

**Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with labour laws, collective bargaining agreements, and company policies related to attendance.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Address any attendance-related legal or regulatory issues in collaboration with the HR department.

**Business Continuity Initiatives**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to business continuity planning and initiatives.
- Identify and implement attendance-related strategies to support business continuity efforts during disruptions or emergencies.
- Monitor and utilize various modes of communication to follow up and communicate attendance, late and absenteeism with the various teams.

**Attendance Improvement Initiatives**:

- Collaborate with HR and department managers to develop and implement attendance improvement programs.
- Provide coaching and support to employees with attendance challenges and implement corrective action when necessary.

**Communication and Reporting**:

- Communicate with employees regarding attendance expectations, policies, and procedures.
- Generate and distribute regular attendance reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide updates on attendance-related performance metrics to management.

**Technology and System Management**:

- Oversee the utilization and maintenance of attendance tracking systems and software.
- Collaborate with the organization and the client to troubleshoot any technical issues related to attendance systems.

**Cross-Departmental Collaboration**:

- Work closely with HR, department managers, and supervisors to address attendance-related concerns and implement solutions.
- Provide guidance to managers on how to effectively manage attendance within their respective teams.

**Additional Information**:Benefits: Meal voucher (350), paid transport out of office hours.
- Homeworking: Not initially, potential for change over time.
- Service Hours: Between Monday to Sunday, between 12:00 - 04:00, depending on Operations Manager assignment of resources. Flexibility is key, as the work location may vary during the week and day based on operational requirements.

**Salary**: R30,000.00 - R35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape 8001: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
