Marketing Coordinator

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Matric/Marketing Diploma/Marketing Degree/Communications Degree
- Good understanding of marketing principles and office management procedures
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
- Excellent social media skills (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Exquisite communication and people skills
- 3 years working experience in a marketing environment

**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS**:

- Planning and organizing of digital campaigns and facilitate their success
- Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
- Collecting and analyzing data to identify consumer trends
- Developing new social media strategies and campaigns
- Coordinate marketing events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing material
- Researching consumer opinions, marketing strategies and proposing adjustments to current strategies accordingly
- Preparing marketing proposals and presentations based on company needs
- Measuring consumer satisfaction with products or services
- Measuring the success rate of campaigns and effectively modifying them to work well in future campaigns
- Monitoring and managing the company’s social media platforms, adjusting outreach tactics as needed
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
- daily communication with mall management, store managers task organizing, copywriting etc.
- Support marketing executives in organizing various projects
- Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
- Managing relationships with external vendors such as social media influencers to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ormonde, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
