- **Sales Growth**: Build strong relationships with customers, leveraging WhatsApp sales channels for upselling opportunities.
- **Quoting and Invoicing**: Provide accurate quotes, follow up on potential leads, and manage invoicing processes efficiently.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Community Management**: Proven hands-on experience in community management, showcasing your ability to foster positive online interactions.
- **E-commerce Expertise**: Previous experience in digital retail and/or e-commerce, with a solid understanding of industry best practices.
- **Online Etiquette**: Excellent knowledge of online best practices and etiquette, ensuring a positive and professional online presence.
