**Job Purpose**
- To execute assigned tasks by ensuring the stability and availability of the Enterprise Systems Management Tools within the specific area of responsibility, including the provision of advice, guidance and support to customers and technical staff while following defined procedures and standards in line with Nedbank's business strategy.**Responsibilities**:

- Designing and generating learning reports using SQL and Excel; produced weekly and monthly project reports for clients.
- Liaise with clients to find out the report requirements from clients and decide on the best solution or reporting technique to be implemented.
- Attending to queries that users of the E-learning system have, with regards to the QuestionMark system.
- Running for ad-hoc requests for learning information, these requests for reports come from many different levels in the bank and the clients use them for decision making.
- Tracking managing the accuracy of reports and continued delivery of results on the pack.
- Tracking the process and delivery of Exemptions, Uploads and Employee number changes
- Ensure compliance to all compliance training, and policy acknowledgements, and adherence to OHASA and housekeeping rules and regulations.
- Manage the assessment list by ensuring all assessments are on the system and quoted regularly.
- Managing the delivery of Sank wide compliance reports.
- Ensuring that delivery of projects is done and according to the agreed timelines.
- Ensuring that compliance with data supplied is followed in accordance to the Banks POPI act.
- Ensuring that you strive to get continuous high NPS score rating, and good client feedback.
- Managing and maintaining continuous improvement reporting analysis templates
- Managing the investigation and implementation of how we can use the QuestionMark tool to keep up with the organizational goals.
- Assist with investigations.
