We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Manager to join our real estate leasing company. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key clients, building strong relationships, and maximizing revenue opportunities. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while collaborating with our team.

**Responsibilities**:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all leasing-related matters.

Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. Provide strategic guidance and advice to clients regarding their real estate leasing needs.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential risks.

Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance, revenue growth, and client satisfaction. Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as leasing agents, property managers, and legal professionals to ensure seamless service delivery to clients. Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.

Remote Collaboration: Utilize remote collaboration tools to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

**Requirements**:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in the real estate leasing industry. Demonstrated success in managing key client accounts and driving revenue growth.

Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain positive client relationships. Ability to understand and address client needs effectively.

Remote Work: Comfortable working remotely and managing clients in a virtual environment. Proficient in using remote collaboration tools and technology.

Organization and Time Management: Excellent organizational skills to manage a portfolio of clients, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and support colleagues as needed.

Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: per hour plus commission opportunities.

Pay: R25,149.49 - R55,887.75 per month
