**Job Title: Sales Consultant**

**Reports To: Team Leader**

**Working Days**:

- Monday to Friday
- Every second Saturday (as required)

**Shift**:

- Standard hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Evening hours may be required during open days or promotional events.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Educational Background: Minimum of Matriculation certificate; a relevant tertiary qualification is preferable.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Other Requirements**:

- Must possess own transport.
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and every second Saturday.

**Job Purpose**:
The Sales Consultant is responsible for executing the sales process from start to finish, aiming to meet or exceed set sales targets. This role primarily involves interacting with prospective students through various channels such as open days, phone calls, and online communications to convert inquiries into registered students.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Performance**:

- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets by effectively converting inquiries (referrals, online, or walk-ins) into registrations.
- Implement strategic sales tactics and follow the sales process diligently to maximize conversion rates.

**Lead Management**:

- Obtain and manage a list of prospective students, ensuring all leads are followed up promptly.
- Track and monitor the status of each prospective student daily, understanding their position in the sales funnel and determining necessary actions to advance them towards registration.

**Sales Administration**:

- Ensure timely and accurate entry of sales inquiries and related data within two days of receipt.
- Produce and maintain reports detailing sales activities and progress towards goals.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current clients.
- Constantly seek out new sources of potential clients and work to grow the database of prospects.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain thorough knowledge of all educational products offered, understanding their key features and benefits to effectively match products with client needs.

**Collaboration and Professional Development**:

- Work closely with other team members to promote sales opportunities and professional growth.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

**Time Management and Reporting**:

- Manage personal time and productivity to meet workflow and timeline requirements.
- Provide a schedule of planned activities weekly/monthly to align with the overarching sales strategy.
