**Responsibilities**:

- Manage tender process for complex Major international Deals inside of our Group Delivery organization supporting our Sales force in getting all relevant sign-offs from internal instances before offer submission to the customer.
- Creating risk profiles and risk mitigation strategies with clear responsibility overviews.
- Ensuring that decisions about accepted risks of sales opportunities are made in an informed, proven and transparent manner.
- Taking responsibility for internal review and approval processes with Senior Management teams.
- Support Group Delivery representatives to enable growth in our business.
- Performing SAT (Solution) assessment Sign-Off.
- Continuous alignment with Deal Enablement functions to ensure non-standard services are designed and costing for them is created.
- Mediating between different internal actors from the fields of Sales and Group Delivery on a Senior Management level.
- Monitoring and understanding actual Company Portfolio to support deal teams in standard service identification/evaluation.
- Facilitate decision sessions with Senior Management stakeholders.
- Present deal solutions to relevant decision makers and document outcome.
- Ensure that all performing units comply with the policies prescribed by the company on how to proceed in tenders.
- Cooperating and supporting international departments.
- Coaching of Deal Assurance Managers regularly.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

- Have experience in working with multiple functions to assess risk levels and establish correct mitigation plans.
- Gained experience in a similar organization and services as a provider of IT infrastructure services.
- Have proven track record of working in virtual teams to support solution process.
- Fluent in English and very good in French.
- Awareness of Standard Service Catalogue disciplines and standard ITIL processes.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to travel to Customer and other offices.
- Knowledge of law restrictions in banking area or public sector is an advantage.
- Min. five years of IT professional experience with customers or manufacturers.
- Experience with project management & risk management in MS/Outsourcing bids.
- Knowledge of the legal provisions in the banking sector or in the public sector.
- Very good knowledge of French and English, strong communication skills at all levels.
- Experience in working with international teams.
- Have a valid matric certificate
- Preferably living in Cape Town
- Have a stable home internet connection
- Have own/reliable transport
- If foreign national, we require the following:

- SAQA evaluated matric certificate and,
- A valid passport and working permit or
- a valid Asylum Seeker Certificate or
- a valid Refugee Certificate or
- a valid Non-SA citizen ID with a Permanent Residence Certificate or
- Foreigners with SA life partners need a spousal visa and endorsement

**Salary**: R587,000.00 - R902,000.00 per year

- Bachelors (required)
