  • Oversee the operational efficiency of the academic team and student support function.
  • Implement academic policies, including assessment procedures, student code of conduct, and graduation processes.
  • Monitor compliance to student disciplinary processes and facilitate staff workshops on student disciplinary procedures.
  • Develop and coordinate the planning and implementation of the student orientation week, including the development and presentation of orientation materials.
