**About the team**:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Luno's awesome Finance team in a role with vast exposure to the wider Luno senior management team.

The current Finance Business Partners sit across different parts of the wider finance team each working part time on this project, with the expectation to move towards dedicated staff as the Company grows.

The Finance Business Partner team will also work closely with the small, but growing, FP&A function.

**The role in a nutshell**:
To lead the Finance Business Partnering program at Luno enabling a strong connection between the day to day decision making, the strategic direction of the company and the financial budgets and forecasts whilst helping drive forward the shift towards data-led commercial decision making.

**Your mission will be**:

- Developing and maintaining an effective finance business partnering model to drive impact in the business
- Work with FP&A and budget holders to maintain up-to-date live forecasts and support the budgeting process
- Support business planning by providing relevant financial analysis and modelling
- Providing data and insight to support decision making across teams
- Contributing to ad hoc financial projects as required as part of the overall finance function
