Financial Controller - based in Wadeville

**Requirements**:

- a CIMA or CA qualification or BCOM with majors in Financial Accounting; Taxation ; Company Law and Managerial Accounting
- Business management courses g. MBA / PMD / MAP
- If CIMA or CA then 5 - 10 years experience
- If BCOM then 15 years experience in a broad range of financial / business support roles.

**TECHNICAL & PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE**
- Proficiency in English language verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Extensive management and financial accounting knowledge.
- Knowledge of South African GAAP, IFRS, Tax and Company Law.
- Proficiency in using financial/accounting computer systems e.g. SAP
- Knowledge of key SA legal and business regulations & corporate governance.
- Understanding of how all business areas fit together into the organisation.
- Understanding of leadership, people management and HR systems.
- Financial and budget management knowledge and skills
- Negotiating knowledge & skills.
- Experience in working with SAP.
- Proficiency in using computer programs e.g. word, excel, PP, etc.
