- Experienced Used Sales Manager for a passenger vehicle and motorbike dealership which is opening soon. Majority experience required is in used vehicle sales however some exposure to motorbikes would be an advantage.**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Manage the vehicle and bike used sales department
- Control varied activities at an optimal pace to achieve required targets
- Ensure sales and CSI targets are met / exceeded
- Grow market share
- Manage the frontline and administrative staff, ensuring all functions operate at optimum levels
- Control departmental expenses and ensure timeous payment by customers.
- Ensure good relationships with the manufacturer, customers, service, and parts department
- Implement and maintain value-adding processes in the department.
- Motivate, inspire, and involve sales staff.**Inherent Requirements**

**_Requirements:_**
- 3-5 years of relevant experience on a managerial level within the automotive industry
- Motivational personality
- Able to create Sales using all methods, including Social Media etc.
- Team player
- Target/Goal driven
- Extremely good with client relationships
- Must have a proven track record. Proof will be required to be submitted
- **No Job hoppers. Stable working career Essential
