**Position Overview**:
We are thrilled to announce a vacancy opening for a Telesales Agent position tailored to individuals passionate about sales and customer service. This remote role operates during US hours, making it ideal for those seeking a work-life balance while contributing to our dynamic team.

**Title**: Telesales Agent

**Start Date**: Immediately

**Work Hours**: 3PM SA time - 12 AM SA time (8AM CST - 5PM CST)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing them to our products and effectively conveying their benefits.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through active listening, empathy, and understanding of their needs.
- Utilize persuasive communication techniques to convert leads into sales, achieving and exceeding set targets.
- Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries or concerns promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with team members and management to optimize sales strategies and meet organizational objectives.
- Conduct lead generation by building comprehensive, quality lists of potential customers

**Requirements**:

- Willingness to work US CST hours
- Previous experience in telesales or customer service roles would be an added advantage
- Ability to strive in a remote work environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive and engaging demeanor
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to evolving business needs.
- A stable internet connection
- A reliable laptop and cellphone
