A dynamic, fast-growing ISP based in Sandton is wishing to hire enthusiastic Fibre Resellers in the Western Cape: Newlands East and Blue Downs
**The responsibilities of this role will include the following**:
- Build and manage a team of fibre sales representatives to target and sell cost-effective fibre to the home (FTTH).
- Build a productive sales team.
- Develop and implement sales programs, sales initiatives, and sales strategies.
- Reach realistic and achievable targets set for your area.
- Compile and analyse sales figures.
**Qualifications**
- At least a Grade 12/matric
**Experience and Skills**
- At least 1 year of hands-on Telecoms/Technology experience.
- Entrepreneurial, Sales and Leadership skills are essential.
- Ability to communicate in English is preferred.
**Must-Have**:
- A valid driver’s license.
- Your own vehicle.
- A Laptop/Tablet.
- An internet connection.
**Remuneration**
- Earning potential is R10 000 - R30 000 plus, determined by the number of hours you work and the size of the team you build and manage.
- Commission paid on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis.
