Game lodge in Magaliesburg is looking for a Junior Assistant F&B Manager to deliver an unforgettable experience for guests that will exceed all their expectations.
- Warm welcome and check in of all guests
- Guest management
- Oversee and manage F&B department
- Ensure all special needs and requests have been met
- Hosting of all meals / guest events
- Complete daily / weekly / monthly admin duties including month end duties
- Manage stock

**Requirements**:

- Must have Grade 12 (qualification in Hospitality Management or Food Services is preferred).
- Minimum 2 years F&B experience at a senior level in a hotel or lodge.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must have valid driver's license and preferably own transport.
- Point of Sale systems - we use Plus Point.
- First language English or Afrikaans but must be proficient in both.
