Tertiary qualification will be advantageous

Fine Dining Experience required

Must be prepared and available to work Weekends and Public Holidays

Excellent time management and self discipline, interpersonal & problem solving skills.

Proactive, use initiative and creative flair when required.

Committed and loyal, adaptable and flexible.

Must work accurately under pressure.

People skills tolerance, patience and care.

Good communication skills.
Care in personal hygiene and grooming.
Must be healthy and fit for physical work
Must be a good team worker, trust worthy and willing to work
Own transport will be advantageous

**Salary R 20 000 - R 25 000** company benefits.

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- 5* Restaurant: 3 years (preferred)
- FOH 5* Restaurant: 2 years (preferred)
