You will be responsible for obtaining Controls and DigitalisationBusiness in Africa’s Energy Sector supported by an exciting and provenPortfolio, thus ensuring to bring Energy to all to support economic growth inAfrica.

**You Need**
- 4-5 Years’ Experiencein a Business Development / Front-End Sales / After Sales Functionwith exposure to Controls &Digitalisation Technologies and Products
- Ability to Work Efficientlyand Effectively in a Cross-Functional/ International Team
- Ability toWork to Tight Deadlines, in a Competitive Team,with Discipline, Attention to Detail andHigh Work Ethic.
- Ability to Work on Fast-PacedCustomer Engagements, including Outsideof Business Hours.
- Ability to meet Travelrequirements.

- Identifyand Develop Controls and Digitalisation Opportunities for Siemens Energy’sProduct and Service Portfolio Solutions in the African Energy Sector - grow thepipeline
- Build andMaintain a Customer Focused Network, understanding customer procurement proceduresand approvals - Customer Relationship Management on all levels for assignedCustomers
- Prepare, Co-ordinateand Negotiate Commercial, Technical and Financial Proposals in cooperation withBid Management and/or Other involved Professionals and Management
- Complete Salesand Revenue related Key Reporting
- Developmentof After-Market Business in Africa
- Act as a Single-Point-of-Contactto Customers in Business Matters and influence collaboration within Controlsand Digitalisation to secure Customers
- Full Responsibilityfor assigned customers in Africa with personalized Order Entry Targets based onan agreed overall Sales Business Target Agreement
- Structuringthe project in view of possible partners and competitors, with focus on thecustomers technical requirements within the Africa region.
- Provideregional requirements for product development inputs and target pricing
- Adherenceand understanding to Siemens Energy policies and processes (Compliance, LOA, Signaturesmandates)

- Excellentfluency in English is essential. French, Portuguese, Arabic language skills are desirable.
