**Job Description**:

- Preparation of the daily bank reconciliations including liaison with branches and TBS
- First reviewer of other prepared bank reconciliations
- Computation of monthly VAT and submission of VAT Returns via SARS efiling
- Preparation of daily regulatory report and uploading thereof with SARB
- Assist in preparation of management accounts and variance analysis
- Assist in preparation of monthly regulatory reports and uploading thereof with SARB
- Posting of expense journals
- Assisting with external and internal audit queries
- Liaising with banks, and other service providers and
- Ad hoc finance related tasks

**The following minimum requirements must be met in order to be considered for this position**:

- Appropriate qualification - **BCom Accounting or Finance Degree**:

- 2 years experience within a finance department
- Computer literacy, preferably in Microsoft Office Suite at intermediate level. Strong Excel skills will be advantageous
- Well-developed report writing, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Ability to work well within a team

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
